Renrow Licensed Paralegals are permitted to prepare & commission:
An Affidavit: is a formal written statement setting out the facts of your legal case which are signed by an affiant and an authorized Commissioner.
An Affidavit Letter: allows the signer to swear that something is true or factual. Signers sometimes called “deponents” or “affiants” can certify the eligibility of a content entry, verify the facts surrounding someone’s birth, or even notify a court that an original document has been lost.
In law, the person swearing or affirming to a document must appear before the Commissioner for Oaths. A Commissioner for Oaths only certifies by affixing a stamp or seal that the required oath/affirmation/declaration has been properly administered.
Affirmation & Statutory Declarations:
An Affirmation & Statutory Declaration is a sworn statement of facts that has been written down and sworn to by the affiant before individuals who are authorized to administer oaths.
